Restore a subscription you already paid for

Open LIFT, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.

Move to a new phone

LIFT backs up to your own iCloud. On the new phone, install LIFT, tap Restore account on the welcome screen, and pick your backup. iCloud Drive has to be on for LIFT: Settings › your name › iCloud.

Cancel your subscription

On your iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › LIFT. Cancel at least a day before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

Apple Health

LIFT only writes finished workouts to Apple Health. It never reads your Health data. You can turn it off in Settings › Privacy & Security › Health › LIFT.
